A great feature of the Mobile App is the Call Duty Manager button. If you click this it takes you to your phone and you will call the number stored in AoT as the duty manager phone. This is useful for emergencies or out of hours situations. All of the numbers of your customers that were stored into AoT are linked onto the phone too so you when you open a job you can call the number for that house. This is very useful in emergency cancellations or rescheduling. And although you will need a 3G or WiFi connection to log in to the mobile app, you won’t need to maintain a signal to use the app.
