Hours

I love tracking time with Toggl! I also love to set weekly and monthly goals for important activities like coding or learning a new language. I wanted to see my daily, weekly and monthly progress towards these goals, so I've created Hours app. THIS APP ONLY WORKS IF YOU HAVE A TOGGL ACCOUNT You could create goals for specific clients or projects and set time goals for days, weeks and months. Weekly and monthly goals could be calculated based on daily goals or you could set them manually. You could start timers for a particular goal by tapping on it - timers you've used most this week will be shown immediately, other timers are just one tap away. This app is made to improve your current results, so you could see results only for current periods. Results for previous periods you could find on Toggl site. I hope Hours app will help you achieve all your time goals!

Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Tempo at none against Hours's 1. Tempo also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 4 months). Hours's advantage is iOS requirement (16.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
