StudioFlow Crew

StudioFlow Crew is for the people who keep a studio running: the desk, the opening and closing shifts, and the work-exchange crew who trade hours for classes. Your studio adds you to its crew. You sign in with your email and a six-digit code. There is no password to remember. SEE YOUR OWN SHIFTS FIRST Your upcoming shifts are listed by day, so you don't have to read the whole studio's schedule to find yours. When you want the bigger picture, All Shifts shows who is on when. PICK UP OPEN SHIFTS Shifts that need someone show up under Available. You only see the spots you're qualified for, and when you claim one you'll know straight away whether it's yours. SWAP WHEN PLANS CHANGE Can't make Saturday? Ask for a swap, add a note if you like, and your teammates can pick it up. Going away for a while? Request time off for a date range and all your shifts in it go up for coverage at once. KEEP TRACK OF YOUR HOURS See how many hours you're scheduled for this month against the hours you've committed to. TEAM UPDATES Your studio's message board lives in the app: schedule changes, policy notes, thank-yous. Like a post or add a comment. NOTIFICATIONS YOU CHOOSE Turn on notifications and pick what you hear about: your own shifts, shifts up for grabs, and team updates. You'll get a reminder before your shift. Changes that could cost you a shift, like a cancellation or a last-minute change, always reach you, by email as well. MORE THAN ONE LOCATION If you help out at more than one of your studio's locations, you'll see them together. WHO IT'S FOR StudioFlow Crew is for staff and volunteers at studios that use StudioFlow. There is no public sign-up. Your studio manages its crew list, and you can sign in once you're on it. If you can't sign in, ask your studio manager, or write to support@studio-flow.io.
