Spontaneous calls and scheduled appointments are now possible, regardless of whether the appointment is on-site or a phone call. Additionally we offer an accessible emergency call service “WIS emergency”. The interpreting service can be used by all deaf or hard-of-hearing people and is free of charge for all administrative procedures.
