This is a VOG (video-oculography) app that works on an iPhone. It records eye movements and analyzes the recorded video to display the eye movements as graphs. Visual targets for tests such as smooth pursuit and saccadic eye movements are displayed on the screen. At the same time, the iPhone camera records the eye movements as the user follows the target. The recorded video is then analyzed and displayed as graphs, allowing smooth pursuit and saccade tests to be performed easily.

OKN(視運動性眼振)、Jump(サッカード)、Pursuit(滑動性追視)の3種類の刺激をiPhone・iPad上で直感的に提示できます。 主な機能 OKN(Optokinetic Nystagmus) 視運動性眼振刺激を提示します。 Pursuit(Smooth Pursuit) 滑動性追視用の点刺激を提示します。 NeuroEye Tools is a lightweight visual stimulus application designed for bedside neurologic eye movement examination. The app provides three stimulus modes on iPhone and iPad: * OKN (Optokinetic Nystagmus) * Jump (Saccades) * Pursuit (Smooth Pursuit) Rather than performing diagnosis or automated analysis, NeuroEye Tools focuses on reproducible visual stimulus presentation during neurologic examination. Designed like a digital reflex hammer or penlight, the app emphasizes simplicity, speed, and usability in clinical practice. Main Features OKN Provides optokinetic visual stimuli. * White background with black or red stripes * BPM-based speed adjustment * Adjustable stripe width * Left/right direction switching Jump (Saccades) Provides visual targets for saccadic examination. * Horizontal and vertical presentation * Random or fixed-direction modes * Instruction switching * Adjustable target size NeuroEye Tools also supports visual-angle-based positioning. Target position can be automatically calculated using: * device screen size * viewing distance * selected visual angle This allows more reproducible stimulus presentation, including targets displayed at visual angles such as 20° from center fixation. Designed to support more standardized examination across different iPhone and iPad screen sizes. Pursuit (Smooth Pursuit) Provides moving targets for smooth pursuit examination. * Horizontal and vertical movement * Speed presets * Adjustable target size Designed for Bedside Use * Minimal three-mode structure * Simple bedside-friendly interface * Reduced UI visibility during stimulus presentation * Support for tap, swipe, pinch, and long-press gestures * Optimized for iPhone and iPad * Automatic saving of previous settings * Fast launch and quick stimulus presentation Intended Users * Neurologists * Emergency physicians * Rehabilitation physicians * Residents * Medical students * Healthcare professionals learning neurologic examination Important Information NeuroEye Tools does not provide diagnosis, recording, automated interpretation, or abnormality detection. This application is intended solely as a visual stimulus presentation tool to assist bedside neurologic examination.
