WHAT YOU CAN DO • Check your training calendar and see what is planned, wherever you are • Open a workout and view its full structure, intervals and targets • Follow strength and core workouts with video demonstrations • Analyze logged activities: heart rate, power, pace, cadence, laps and time in zones • Track progress towards goals, milestones and upcoming races • Plan and edit events and races in your season calendar • Give feedback on workouts and send notifications to your athletes • Message an athlete, a group or your team without switching to email or WhatsApp • Give feedback directly on the workout your athlete just completed FOR COACHES Coach from the track, the pool or the side of the road. Review what your athletes did this morning, leave feedback on the workout itself and adjust the plan before you are back at your desk. Everything you write syncs with the Coachbox web app. FOR ATHLETES See your week at a glance, know exactly what today's session looks like and check how your training is trending. Your questions land with your coach, not in a chat app where they get lost. YOUR DEVICES KEEP WORKING Workouts flow in automatically from Garmin, Polar, Wahoo, Suunto, COROS, and Fitbit. Train the way you always do, the data takes care of itself. BUILT WITH COACHES, BACKED BY SCIENCE The Coachbox training load and fitness trend were developed with Ghent University, so the numbers you act on are more than a pretty graph. WHO USES COACHBOX Running, cycling, swimming and triathlon coaches, rowing and HYROX coaches, personal trainers, clubs and teams, and athletes who train with a coach or on their own.
