The mission of the Salty Dawg Sailing Association (SDSA) is to educate sailors, build camaraderie, and facilitate offshore passages. We are an educational and charitable organization that conducts Rallies, Educational Seminars and Webinars , and Rendezvous to help sailors realize their long-distance cruising dreams. The underlying principle of this volunteer led organization is to transfer knowledge and skills from veteran “Salty Dawgs” to less experienced sailors, enabling independent decision-making and develop offshore confidence.
