The Fix My Technology mobile app enables our support technicians to troubleshoot a problem you're having on your device. To use this application you must be a Fix My Technology member. Technicians have the ability to chat, view system diagnostic information, push various profiles and settings including email, APN and WiFi. The technician will provide you a pin code to start the session.
