“Albosala”, an app from The Ras Al Khaimah Transport Authority provides Smart Training and Digital Engagement Services for drivers in partnership with Smart Labour a specialist in blue collar digital services and happiness. The objective is to provide digital training to drivers on the go instead of the regular physical training, saving time and increasing earning opportunities for drivers. Drivers will learn more effectively in their free time which will make more taxi’s available to serve customers. Drivers will collect points as they take courses and assessments and will be able to convert points to rewards immediately via the app. Drivers can also share their innovative ideas feedback and report any incidents via voice notes from the app.
