My Jump Lab uses the advanced sensors and camera of your iPhone or iPad to measure performance in a simple, reliable, and validated way, without the need for any additional hardware. For example, vertical jumps and barbell velocity can be measured in real time using artificial intelligence, directly from video captured with your camera. With My Jump Lab, you can assess more than 30 performance tests, covering jumping, strength, sprinting, change of direction, mobility, wellness, force-time analysis, and more — all within a single, integrated platform.
