My Jump Lab is the most widely used app for measuring sports performance in a validated way, with more than 400,000 downloads in over 140 countries. It is used daily by coaches, elite athletes, physiotherapists, and researchers all over the world. Unlike generic fitness apps, My Jump Lab is scientifically validated, with accuracy confirmed in more than 20 peer-reviewed international scientific studies. It allows you to assess performance with precision comparable to expensive laboratory equipment, using only your iPhone or iPad. My Jump Lab uses the advanced sensors and camera of your iPhone or iPad to measure performance in a simple, reliable, and validated way, without the need for any additional hardware. For example, vertical jumps and barbell velocity can be measured in real time using artificial intelligence, directly from video captured with your camera. With My Jump Lab, you can assess more than 30 performance tests, covering jumping, strength, sprinting, change of direction, mobility, wellness, force-time analysis, and more — all within a single, integrated platform. TESTS INCLUDED IN THE SUBSCRIPTION: ◉ Jumping: CMJ, SJ, CMJ free arms, DJ, optimal Force-Velocity Profile, RSI-mod, horizontal jump, single leg asymmetry and 10-5 repeated jump tests. ◉ Velocity-based training (VBT): measurement of mean concentric velocity, load-velocity profiling, 1RM estimation, velocity loss and barbell trajectory tracking. ◉ Running and Sprinting: horizontal force-velocity profile, contact/flight times, duty factor, leg stiffness, leg asymmetry, pronation/supination, contralateral pelvic drop, linear sprint time with splits, curved sprint, horizontal deceleration, Sprint Mechanics Assessment Score (S-MAS), 5-0-5, 5+5, V-Cut and Illinois COD tests. ◉ Mobility: range of motion for ankle dorsiflexion, neck flexion/extension, hip flexion and internal rotation, shoulder flexion and internal rotation. ◉ Wellness: sleep, fatigue, stress and soreness questionnaires. ◉ Hamstrings strength: Nordic hamstring breakpoint angle and torque calculation. ◉ Force-time curves: real-time raw force time curves using the accelerometer. ◉ Motion capture: real-time knee valgus and squat depth measurement using markerless motion capture. FEATURES: ▶ Import videos recorded by your athlete or patient to analyze their performance. Ideal for remote testing. ▶ Multi-user. My Jump Lab allows you to create as many users as you want. ▶ iCloud sync: share your data between your devices. ▶ History. Save as many tests as you want for each user to analyze their evolution. Export your data to a CSV file. Jumpable

Jump higher, using just your Apple Watch. See exactly how high you jump and how explosive you are, then watch both climb. No force plates. No jump mats. No cameras. Strap the watch to your inner ankle, jump, and get lab-grade numbers in seconds. Trusted by strength coaches and physiotherapists. Over 1,100 jump sessions recorded. Accurate to 0.5 inch, sampled at 800 Hz - the precision that used to cost thousands of dollars and never left the lab. "Finally. I've always wondered why this didn't exist already." - Pro Dunker "The Jumpable app provides the convenience and ease of use that conventional jump measurement devices do not... I would recommend anyone interested to give it a try." - Kevin Hirose, Strength & Conditioning Coach "The interface is easy to use. It looks like something Apple made." - Physiotherapist WHY JUMPABLE? A force plate stays restricted to a lab and costs thousands. Jumpable runs the same kind of measurement from the Apple Watch on your ankle, so you can test your vertical on the court or surface you actually play on and see whether you're getting more explosive over time. Send any session to your coach or clinician straight from your watch. HOW IT WORKS STRAP: Fasten your Apple Watch to your inner ankle. TAP: Set a recording duration and tap Play. RECAP: Jump, then read your full metrics the instant you land. WHAT YOU GET • Countermovement Jumps (CMJ) and Squat Jumps (SJ) • Jump count and height • Flight time, Ground contact time, Reactive Strength Index (RSI) • Peak power, velocity, force, and rate of force development (takeoff and landing) • CSV export with power, velocity, force, and RFD curves (Elite) ACCURACY Vertical height: ±0.5 in (±1 cm) REQUIREMENTS Apple Watch Series 8, Ultra 1, SE 2, or newer (S8 chip or later) For fitness and training only.
