The Quiet Collection is a spiritual formation resource that provides audio collections for contemplation through various seasons and stages of life. Written by podcaster and New York Times bestselling author Emily P. Freeman, this is a resource you can listen to first thing in the morning, before you go to bed, or as you go along the way. With a combination of both ancient prayers and original content, the readings and reflective piano music will help you center your mind and ease the low-grade hum of anxiety that often pulses just beneath the surface of our lives. Whether you consider yourself to be a person of faith, whether your beliefs are deeply rooted or recently uprooted, whether you closely identify with a particular Christian tradition or are just spiritually curious, we hope you'll find welcome here. May the quiet surround and encourage you, and may grace surprise you kindly along the way. Text + Audio: Every offering is accessible by either listening or reading.
