Track weight, BMI, body fat percentage, daily calories, and water intake in a simple, private health tracker. Monitor progress with charts, reminders, and automatic calculations designed to support long-term health and fitness goals. Daily weight tracking is quick and intuitive. Create your profile directly on your device, log your weight in seconds, and instantly compare results with previous days. BMI and body fat percentage are calculated automatically from your profile data, so there is no need to enter extra information each time. BMI is displayed as a numeric value and as a clear category such as underweight, normal, or overweight. Set a target weight and follow your long-term progress with clear charts and history tracking. If you are unsure what goal weight is appropriate, the app can recommend a healthy target based on your height and a normal BMI range. This makes the app useful for weight loss, healthy weight gain, and everyday weight management. View your weight history using interactive charts with selectable date ranges such as 7 days, 30 days, or custom periods. A detailed text history lets you review every weigh-in grouped by day, helping you analyze trends and understand how your body weight changes over time. Managing body weight also involves daily nutrition. The built-in meal tracker allows you to log meals and optionally add calorie values. Calories are summed automatically, making the app useful as a calorie tracker, food tracker, and simple nutrition diary. This helps you understand how calorie intake may affect your weight, BMI, and body fat percentage. Keep track of your daily hydration with the built-in water tracker. Set your own daily water intake goal and quickly add drinks throughout the day using convenient measurement buttons. Default amounts such as 250 ml and 500 ml are available, and you can create your own custom amounts, for example 330 ml. Both milliliters and US fluid ounces (fl oz) are supported, making it easy to track water intake using the units you prefer. Daily reminders help you stay consistent with weight tracking. Notifications can remind you to log your weight if you have not opened the app. Reminder time can be customized, and notifications can be disabled at any moment. Your data remains private and under your control. No account is required for tracking. Health data is stored locally on your device unless you choose to back it up. Manual backup and restore are available through Google Drive and must be triggered by you. Your weight, BMI, calorie, water intake, and body fat data are never shared without your explicit consent. This app combines a weight tracker, BMI calculator, body fat percentage calculator, calorie counter, meal tracker, water tracker, and health tracker in one place. It is designed for people focused on weight loss, weight gain, hydration, healthy habits, and long-term weight management without unnecessary complexity. Key features: - Weight tracker for weight loss and weight gain - Daily water intake tracker - Custom daily hydration goal - Custom drink amounts - Water tracking in ml and US fl oz - Works offline - No account required for tracking - Automatic BMI calculator - Body fat percentage calculator - Goal weight recommendation based on BMI and height - Meal tracker with calorie counting - Weight charts with custom date ranges - Daily weigh-in history - Google Drive backup and restore - Daily reminders for weight tracking Note: BMI does not distinguish between fat, muscle, or bone mass and should be treated as a general indicator only. Increased muscle mass may affect BMI interpretation. Healthy weight loss is commonly considered to be around 1 kg (2.2 pounds) per week. For significant overweight or underweight conditions, consulting a doctor, dietitian, or healthcare professional is recommended. Track your progress, build healthy habits, stay hydrated, and stay informed about your health with a simple and reliable weight tracking app.

Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: BMIfy at none against Weight Tracker's 1. Weight Tracker's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 17 months). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
