Frameroll shows your photo library one day at a time, like a roll of film instead of an endless grid. YOUR DAYS, BY PLACE • Each day is headed by where you were, worked out on your iPhone from your photos' locations • Small days at the same place fold together, so the Library stays calm • Write one line for any day, like "First swim of the trip", and find it again in search • Trips are spotted when you're away from home, each with its own page THE PHOTO, THEN THE DAY • Open any photo full screen, then pinch out to see the whole day on a wire or a film strip • Favorite, share, add to an album or delete, one photo or many at once MAKE SOMETHING FROM A DAY • Contact sheet: share a whole day as one image, printed like a film contact sheet • New post: turn photos you pick, a trip or an album into a set of slides for Instagram or Messages • Rewind: your year so far as a short story, with your busiest day, your favorite hour and what you photographed most REMEMBER • On this day brings back a day from an earlier year • Month in review at the start of each month • Places map: your year as stamps on a route, in the order you went • Home Screen widget showing a day from your past, or one photo you choose • An optional evening reminder to write a line on days you took photos PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Frameroll works with the Photos library already on your iPhone, and your photos never leave it. To name places, Frameroll asks Apple's map service for the name of one rounded location per place, never your photos.
