KeyManager – Professional key management for property managers, landlords, and facility staff. Who has which key? When was it handed over? Have all keys been returned after a tenant moved out? KeyManager answers these questions at a glance – clear, reliable, and across all your Apple devices. BUILDINGS & UNITS Manage your properties hierarchically: Buildings → Units (apartments, offices, commercial spaces) → Keys & People. Each unit can have its own doors, keys, and assigned people. KEYS UNDER CONTROL Record all key types – front door, apartment, basement, mailbox, garage, and more. Define the total quantity and see at a glance how many copies are available or issued. HANDOVER RECORDS Document every key handover with date, person, and quantity. Returns cleanly close the process. Every record can be exported and shared as PDF. DUPLICATE KEY TRACKING Record and track copies and duplicate keys without gaps. The dashboard warns you when duplicate keys have not been returned. DASHBOARD WITH WARNINGS Instant overview of your entire key inventory. Red warnings for moved-out tenants with outstanding keys – so nothing slips through the cracks.
