Thousands of companies across the country are working together in federally funded consortia to help the U.S. government acquire technologies that solve our most pressing challenges. More than 20 years ago, Advanced Technology International (ATI) pioneered collaboration management. That’s collaborATIon, and it’s part of who we are. Current members of any of ATI’s research and development consortia can use collaborATIon to connect with fellow members, view solicitation opportunities, check out upcoming events, and browse related news. Whether you crave networking opportunities or just want to keep tabs on upcoming solicitations, collaborATIon has you covered. The app isn’t only for current members, though. If you’re looking to join a team that develops technologies which save lives, enable the warfighter, and help diversify the industrial base supporting DoD, you’ve come to the right place. Interested members can use collaborATIon to search by technology areas to find the consortia that best fits your capabilities. Our consortia are delivering results to the federal government in many areas, including: healthcare, armaments, biotechnology, information warfare, aviation, 5G, artificial intelligence, satellites, advanced materials, shipbuilding, etc.
GovCon Cards

GovCon Cards turns the business cards you collect at conferences, symposiums, and industry days into an organized, follow-up-ready contact list — originally built for the federal contracting community and running entirely on your iPhone. Networking in GovCon still runs on paper. GovCon Cards makes it effortless to capture those contacts, keep them straight by event, and follow up while the conversation is still fresh. SCAN IN SECONDS • Scan a business card and GovCon Cards reads it on-device with Apple's text recognition. • Details sort automatically into the right fields — name, title, company, phone, email, website, and address. • Two-sided card? Scan the back and it merges into a single contact. • Review and edit before saving — you're always in control. ORGANIZE BY EVENT • Create an event for each conference or symposium and keep every card you collect there together. • Track your follow-up progress at a glance ("8 of 12 followed up"). • Keep one-off contacts in a single, searchable list too. FOLLOW UP FAST • Give each event its own editable message template. • Drop in placeholders — first name, company, event, your name, your company — that fill in automatically for every contact. • Send through Apple Mail, Gmail, Outlook, or Messages, already written and addressed. You just review and hit send. SHARE YOUR OWN CARD • Set up your digital business card once. • Share it instantly with a QR code anyone can scan or AirDrop it. EXPORT ANYWHERE • Save contacts straight to your iPhone's address book. • Share them as standard vCards. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No account, no sign-up, no server. • Scanning, text recognition, and your contacts all stay on your device — nothing is uploaded. GovCon Cards is a free networking tool and business card scanner brought to you by Tec-Masters, Inc.
