Both are free to download. BuddyColo sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and ChroMuse sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.4 for BuddyColo against 4.3 for ChroMuse. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BuddyColo has 90 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two.
