Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Shelem 165 at 100% against Boresh's 51%. Shelem 165 also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). Boresh's advantage is ratings volume (881 vs 12) and update cadence (every 10 days vs every 6 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. Boresh sells 6 one-off in-app purchases and Shelem 165 sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Boresh holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Boresh has 881 ratings behind it against 12, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 51% of Boresh's written reviews are positive against 100% of Shelem 165's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Boresh ships an update every 10 days, Shelem 165 every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
