Water Signal Tracker™ helps communities report and understand water-service conditions in real time. Users can submit reports about water availability, pressure, intermittent service, restoration status, visible infrastructure issues, and related observations. The app supports community visibility, service-pattern awareness, and resilience planning by turning local reports into structured information that can help identify where water-service problems are occurring and how long communities are affected. Water Signal Tracker™ is designed to support public awareness and resilience intelligence. It is not an emergency service and does not replace official utility communications.
