Beep It vs Resonate

Beep It has distinctive sounds to let you know when your rest and work intervals have started and finished. The screen changes colour so you can see if your are in a work, or a rest set at a glance. Configure the length of your work and rest intervals and the number of sets to match your workout.

Resonate is a heart-coherence trainer for iPhone and Apple Watch. It gently guides your breathing to help bring your heart rhythm and nervous system into a smooth, balanced state known as coherence. Breathing is simply the mechanism — coherence is the goal. As your heart rhythm becomes smoother, the experience responds in real time: the haptics soften into a living pulse, the audio grows richer, and the central visual becomes more symmetrical and luminous. Resonate is a mirror of your state, not a metronome. FEATURES • Real-time coherence score from your live heart rate and heart-rate variability (Apple Watch + HealthKit) • Multiple guided breathing exercises, each with its own resonant frequency and visual • Gentle, breath-synced haptics that weave in your own heartbeat • Apple Watch app with synced breathing and session stats • "Breathe Together" — sync a session with people nearby over Bluetooth/Wi-Fi • Optional calming tones tuned for headphones and AirPods For the best experience, use a paired Apple Watch and headphones. Resonate is a wellness and relaxation app. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
