The clearest difference is review sentiment: YLP Player at 100% against Liftplay's 32%. YLP Player also leads on rating (4.5 vs 4.0) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 3 weeks). Liftplay's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
