The RAMSR - App is companion to the full RAMSR-T Program - A carefully designed set of rhythmic movement activities that can be done in a group or with individual children. Activities aim to stimulate some of the same main benefits as learning a music instrument might provide. RAMSR is based on a number of neurological areas of research including music therapy, the cognitive benefits of music education, and self-regulation development. Any adult can learn to implement RAMSR activities, even if they have absolutely no music training or background. RAMSR-T is the version of RAMSR for children aged 18 months to 3 years. RAMSR-O (Original) is for children aged 3 to 8 years.
