Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Depth Discover at none against i3DMovieCam's 1. i3DMovieCam's advantage is ratings volume (7 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for i3DMovieCam against 5.0 for Depth Discover. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: i3DMovieCam has 7 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
