Features at your Fingertips: - Manage your reservations - Complete check-in forms online before arrival using Express Check-In*. - View flight and bus schedules. - View property information including facility maps, service and amenity overview, and service hours. - View daily menu updates and nutritional information. - Submit housekeeping and maintenance requests and received updates on these requests in the app. - Connect with Guest Service for support, offer feedback, and complete surveys with response from Guest Service coming back to the app. - Receive guest notifications including service updates, safety bulletins, and emergency alerts. - View upcoming events like theme nights, games nights, charity events, and fitness/recreation programs. *Note: To use Express Check-In, guests must first sign up for the program with a Front Desk representative at the property you are visiting. Once the sign-up process is complete, the Express Check-In feature on your ‘@Civeo Guest App will be activated for use with all future reservations. Note: Currently the ‘@Civeo Guest App is not optimized for iPad / Tablet use. This optimization will be available in future releases.

'Home is here' is the app for guests to access and interact with services provided by ESS. The following functionalities are available: Meals: online takeaway meal ordering for the day and night shift Maintenance: place repair requests News: stay up-to-date on what is happening Access to all general camp information and more detailed information about activities, personal training, transportation and housekeeping more coming soon! This easy-to-use app also provides a personal schedule with an overview of all placed requests and scheduled appointments. A notification center informs you when the status of one of your requests is updated. 'Home is here' is an invite-only app, exclusively available to guests of ESS.
