Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: RadioAnatomy at 5.0 against CT's 4.5. RadioAnatomy also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported). CT's advantage is ratings volume (12 vs 1) and device support. On price, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

RadioAnatomy holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CT has 12 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
