Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Flight Apprentice at 5.0 against CAE Classroom's 1.8. Flight Apprentice also leads on iOS requirement (15.5 vs 18.1). CAE Classroom's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 3 months). On price, ratings volume, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
