Intryst vs Hops & Hounds

At its core, Intryst is a restaurant and activity generator. We do this by pushing local small businesses into the forefront and highlighting the unique places in each city we support. We believe that each city is intrysting and those differences should be celebrated and highlighted. No matter if you’ve lived in a city your whole life, or you’re just passing through, it’s our mission to find and present these distinctive differences to our users and help them decide what to do in their remarkable locality. Tell Intryst how far you’re willing to travel and what your price range is, and it suggests a pairing of a restaurant and nearby activity. Allow us to be your local guide to help you discover local events and venues helping you to explore your city like never before! Are your date nights running stale? Are you trying to find a new favorite local spot? Are you visiting a new city, or planning to, and need help planning your adventure? Are these rhetorical questions becoming too much to handle? Well, we have an app for you! Intryst offers a near-infinite list of suggestions (infinite may vary with the size of your city). Enjoy inexpensive coffee shop evenings, exciting escape room escapades, or even bougie-fancy nights on the town. Let us help you shake things up and discover something intrysting!
