Cifer is very secure. Use responsibly. Cifer is an alternative to provide responsible privacy in a world that is always trying to pry. We use an independent enclosed environment. You are an anonymous endpoint, and we give you full control of the access people have to your endpoint. You can pause, delete, block users. Contacts must be 'Approved' by you. You can add a password, two-factor authentication to your secure email, and even add screen capture block. A destruct timer is right there to control view time. It works. Be safe, be private, and have a life you control. Just Encrypting the 'server' is not enough. We use cryptologic and independent encrypted random tokens for the key. Combined with a super-computer denial encryption, this is your go to app for private talk.

WISHEW is the social network for who you’re becoming. Most social platforms are built around what gets attention. WISHEW is built around where you’re going. Start with a Goal — something you want to achieve, build, change, or become. Put it out there, honestly, and share your Moves along the way: the small moments of Progress, the Milestones that matter, and the Obstacles that can feel like anything but progress. Your Moves build a Journey. Not a feed of finished moments, but a living, unfiltered record of who you’re becoming — one Move at a time. A Journey the community can follow, support, and help you move forward through. Need something along the way? Add to your Move what you’re looking for — advice, skills, motivation, contacts, funds, or anything that could help you get unstuck and take the next step. And when you can help someone else, step in. Share what you know, offer support, open a door. Every bit of help that moves someone forward earns you Reputation Points — a credibility system built on what you actually do for other people, not on how many followers you have. Download WISHEW and make your next Move.

Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Cifer at 5.0 against Wishew's 4.1. Cifer also leads on update cadence (every 10 days vs monthly) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.7). Wishew's advantage is ratings volume (144 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Cifer sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Wishew sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Cifer holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Wishew has 144 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
Cifer ships an update every 10 days, Wishew monthly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
