Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Unipal at none against Biga | بيقا's shown. Unipal also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 5 months) and rating (4.8 vs 4.5). Biga | بيقا's advantage is review sentiment (57% vs 34%) and iOS requirement (13.4 vs 15.6). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Unipal holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Unipal has 76 ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 34% of Unipal's written reviews are positive against 57% of Biga | بيقا's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Unipal ships an update every 3 weeks, Biga | بيقا every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
