Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: eBrowser at 4.4 against SplitTabBrowser's 3.7. eBrowser also leads on ratings volume (18 vs 3). SplitTabBrowser's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and update cadence (every 9 days vs every 2 months). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
