Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Tertulia at none against Quade's shown. Tertulia also leads on ratings volume (509 vs 7) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.5). Quade's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 67%) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
