eLockApp vs Transit+

With the GROTHE eLock app, GROTHE eLock locking cylinders can be opened securely and managed conveniently. Each user can be assigned access authorisations, which are encrypted and transmitted to the locking cylinder via Bluetooth when an opening attempt is made. There they are cross-checked and, if authorisation is granted, the cylinder knob is released for operation. Open and lock the door manually from the inside using the rotary knob. Quick to install - simply replace the existing locking cylinder. Increased security at the entrance as the cylinder requires no cabling, cloud or network.

The Transit + controller is an advanced 2-door access controller designed by FDI. Doors and credentials are set-up via an App, NFC and a Bluetooth© connection. Based on the FDI protocol, the Transit+ solution offers unique security and features. With the Transit+ App, fobs, ISO cards or remote controls are easily set-up for one or several controllers. You will be able to add or remove door permissions without any hassle. NFC enrolment of the credential in the App : by placing the FDI MIFARE Plus© credentials against your smartphone/tablet, you can quickly and easily enrol the fob or remote control ID into the App data base. If your phone/tablet does not support NFC communication, you still have the possibility to enter the credential ID manually. Bluetooth© communication with the controller : once credentials are programmed inside the App, upload all data in one click into the controller via Bluetooth© (controller password is required). Also, you may download all data from the controller (controller password is required).
