Both are free to download. Tagged Notes App sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month and NoteIt Journal/Archive/Records sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Tagged Notes App holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 1 and 2 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Tagged Notes App's written reviews are positive against 100% of NoteIt Journal/Archive/Records's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
