Ease helps you understand your migraines. Log an attack in seconds, and Ease turns those logs into patterns you can act on: what sets your attacks off, when they hit, how long they last, and which medications actually work. Logging That Stays Out of the Way Log an attack in seconds, even mid-migraine. Record only the start and severity, or add symptoms, triggers, duration, and what you took, whenever you have the energy. Note the dose and whether it helped, and Ease remembers it for next time. Unfinished logs save themselves, so nothing is lost if you stop partway. Patterns You Can Act On Insights turns your history into answers. See which triggers and symptoms come up most, when your attacks tend to strike, and how long they last. Find out which medications are actually helping and which preventives are making a difference, and get a warning before you slip into medication overuse. Ease can also sum up what your data shows in plain language, written entirely on your iPhone so your health data never leaves the device. Works With Apple Health Ease keeps your headaches in sync with the Health app, both directions, so attacks you log elsewhere show up here too. It also reads your sleep to look for a connection with your attacks. Stay on Top of It A gentle nudge helps you fill in an attack you logged in a hurry, and a note marks each week you go migraine-free. Home screen widgets keep your migraine-free streak and monthly count in view. And when a question comes up, Ease has clear, clinician-referenced articles that match what you've been logging. Ease Premium Go deeper when you're ready: • Insights across any range, from the last 90 days to all time. • A polished PDF report to share with your doctor. • Barometric pressure alongside your attacks, with a heads-up on your home screen when a notable shift is on the way. • A closer look at how your sleep lines up with your attacks. • Cloud backup and sync across your devices. • A logging flow you can shape around how you actually track. Available as a monthly or yearly subscription (yearly includes a free trial) or a one-time lifetime purchase. No account needed. Ease works right away, offline, and asks for nothing until you want your data backed up.

Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Super Headache at none against Ease's 6. Super Headache also leads on ratings volume (58 vs 2) and iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.0). Ease's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 5 weeks) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
