Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is ads: Sensory Visage at none against Atomus's shown. Sensory Visage also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and review sentiment (100% vs 89%). Atomus's advantage is ratings volume (529 vs 2) and rating (4.8 vs 4.5). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Atomus holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Atomus has 529 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Sensory Visage's written reviews are positive against 89% of Atomus's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
