GymRat
Read full descriptionHide full description
GymRat is a workout tracker for people who train with a plan. Build a routine by hand, or import one from a photo of a written or printed plan — GymRat reads the page on your device and turns it into a structured program you can start right away. Then run your sessions: check off sets, adjust weight and reps as you go, use a rest timer, view heart-rate recovery on Apple Watch, and watch your numbers climb week over week. Strength and cardio share the same session — a cardio interval is timed with a start/stop stopwatch, with distance and pace logged next to your lifts. Core workout tracking works offline and never requires an account. Your training history stays on your device. Features - Build strength and cardio programs, or import them from a photo, pasted text, or a QR code - On-device photo text recognition — the picture never leaves your phone - Per-set weight and reps, with set-by-set editing during a workout - Rest timer, with a heart-rate recovery display on Apple Watch - Cardio interval stopwatch with distance, time, and pace - Apple Watch app that mirrors and controls the active workout - Live Activity on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island - Progress charts for every exercise, plus body-weight tracking - Optional Apple Health: save strength and cardio workouts, read and write body weight - kg or lb, km or mi, and 10 themes - No account, no ads, no tracking, no subscription Apple Watch Start or continue a workout from your wrist. Check off sets, edit weight, reps and sets with the Digital Crown, skip rest, and view heart-rate recovery during rest. Your workout stays in sync with your iPhone. Privacy Your workout and body-weight history are stored on your device. Photos are read on-device with Apple's Vision framework and are never uploaded. AI program import sends only program text for real-time processing and does not retain it. No ads, no third-party analytics, no tracking. Core workout tracking is free, with no ads or subscriptions. Building programs by hand, running sessions, progress charts, sharing and the Apple Watch app are included at no cost. AI program import includes free credits; if you use them up, a one-time pack of 30 imports is available as an in-app purchase. Manual entry always stays free and unlimited. "Support GymRat" tips are optional and unlock nothing.
