The craving came again. You're not surprised. It always comes. What's different this time: you have 30 seconds between wanting it and not needing it. That's all it takes. The urge peaks at 2-3 minutes and fades in 10-20. IMPULSE gets you through that window. HOW IT WORKS 1. Hit the SOS button when the urge hits. That's it. You noticed it. First step done. 2. Breathe. Guided breathing that brings the intensity down in 2-3 minutes. Not meditation. Not mindfulness. Just breathing. 3. Talk to the AI. Not the polite kind. It separates what you actually need from how you're trying to get it. Hungry doesn't justify fast food. Tired doesn't justify skipping the workout. When you pick the slip, the AI doesn't fold β€” it asks why this one, what it really gives you, what else could give you the same thing without the cost. 4. Hear your own voice. Record a message when you're clear-headed. Sunday morning, when you know the truth. IMPULSE plays it back Saturday at 6 PM when you need it most. Not an AI voice. Not a motivational quote. You, talking to you. 5. Mark the day. Don't-Break-the-Chain calendar. Tap a day to lock in "I held." Watch the chain grow. Slipped on Tuesday and came clean by Friday? Tap Tuesday back β€” your streak resumes when you decide it does. No recovery program. No sponsor. No higher power. No group. No 12 steps. IMPULSE is a discipline tool for people who notice the pattern and want to break it. WORKS FOR - Drinking - Smoking & vaping - Overeating & fast food - Doom scrolling - Impulse spending - Gaming - Phone-in-bed - Adult content - Skipping the workout FREE - 1 active habit - Clean streak counter that resets only on slips you log - Don't-Break-the-Chain calendar - 100 AI messages per month - Money + time saved counter PREMIUM ($39.99/year β€” 7-day free trial) - Voice messages from your past self β€” the single most effective tool we ship - 10Γ— more AI conversations (1000 messages/month) - Unlimited habits - All breathing techniques (box, 4-7-8, coherent, alternate-nostril) - Custom pause durations - Deep self-reflection sessions - Milestone celebrations (1, 7, 30, 60, 90, 180, 365 days) - Share your wins as anonymous branded cards PRIVACY-FIRST Voice messages stored only on your device. Anonymous device ID β€” no signup, no email required. Optional email opt-in for occasional notes, one tap to remove. SAFETY If you type something that signals you're in crisis, IMPULSE blocks the AI request and shows your local hotline (988 US, 8-800-2000-122 RU, 024 ES, 3114 FR). IMPULSE is a self-help tool, not a substitute for professional mental health care. LANGUAGES English, Русский, EspaΓ±ol, FranΓ§ais. WHO THIS IS FOR If you've said "just one more" and meant it every time. If Monday is always the day you'll start and Friday is always the day you don't. If you're not an addict but you know something's off. IMPULSE doesn't tell you what to do. It gives you the 30 seconds to decide for yourself. Your Friday self doesn't decide. Your Sunday self does. β€” Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Privacy Policy: https://impulse-proxy.ygerra.workers.dev/privacy
