Sonolex

Sonolex is the structured echo case logbook built for cardiology training programs. Echo cardiology requires logging hundreds of cases during training. Sonolex replaces handwritten logs and spreadsheets with a fast, clinically organized workflow. LOG CASES IN SECONDS Enter echo findings using natural shorthand — the same notation you already use. Type "ef 55 mild mr tr mild rvsp 40 ivc flat" and Sonolex instantly parses it into a structured report: LVEF, valve findings, PASP, and IVC collapsibility — organized by system. BUILT-IN CLINICAL CHECKS Sonolex applies ASE-guideline logic to grade diastolic dysfunction and generate heuristic impressions. Labels are always marked as heuristic — never overstated as AI. SUPERVISOR REVIEW WORKFLOW Send any case for digital co-sign. Your supervisor reviews findings on the web or iOS and signs off — building an auditable record for your training portfolio. NBE-READY EXPORT Export your complete case log as a CSV compatible with NBE requirements. One tap, no reformatting. PRIVATE AND OFFLINE-FIRST Cases are stored on your device. Nothing leaves your phone without your explicit action. Requires iOS 17 or later.
