Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Госключ at 1.6 against Маркет ПВЗ's 1.0. Госключ also leads on ratings volume (323 vs 1) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.0). Маркет ПВЗ's advantage is update cadence (every 4 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Госключ holds the better App Store score, 1.6 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Госключ has 323 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 14% of Госключ's written reviews are positive against 21% of Маркет ПВЗ's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Госключ ships an update every 2 months, Маркет ПВЗ every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
