wir+app brings together posts, events, communities, and chats in one app. POSTS News, announcements, and information in a single feed. Posts can be published for your own community or shared from other sections, similar to a collaborative post on social media. If you subscribe to the right channels, you’ll receive all relevant updates directly in the app—without having to switch between portals, websites, and mailing lists. EVENTS Create, share, and keep track of dates and events. Everyone involved sees the same status—from rehearsals to group meetings to sessions. Registrations are handled via digital forms directly in the app, eliminating the need for paper lists. COMMUNITIES Organize groups, teams, and committees as communities: manage members, assign roles, and define who can post and edit content. Each community has its own posts, events, and chats all in one place. CHAT One-on-one and group chats for quick coordination. Messages, files, and agreements stay where they belong, instead of being scattered across private messenger groups. ADDITIONAL FEATURES - Documents: Centrally store and share minutes, lists, and other documents—upload once instead of sending them multiple times - Push notifications: Last-minute updates reach exactly the people they concern - Desktop version: Access the same content on your computer - Data protection compliant: Posts, chats, documents, and appointments are not transmitted via private channels
