A round timer built to be heard, not watched. Pick a regulation format, ring the bell, put the phone in your pocket — every round of the session is carried by sound from a locked phone. Cornerman reproduces the real timekeeper's kit as three separate instruments, following the actual rules of the ring: • A struck brass BELL starts and ends every round. • A wooden CLAPPER knocks ten seconds before the round ends — deliberately not a bell, so nobody stops punching early. • A referee's WHISTLE calls "seconds out" ten seconds before the next round starts. Three different sounds, so you always know what just happened without looking. All three keep sounding with the screen locked and the app in the background, they ring straight through the ring/silent switch, and they mix OVER your music instead of stopping it.
