Learn@LEAD vs Langiddy

At LEAD, grooming knowledge for impact entrepreneurs is a strategic goal. The journey book will help position LEAD as a learning organization and to ensure that employees at LEAD are constantly upskilling and finding new ways to improve the way they approach their allocated responsibilities. Creating impact requires a combination of talent, thought leadership, creativity, skills, ability to continuously learn, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Over the years we have created an enabling environment at LEAD that combines the art and science of grooming these capabilities in our team. This consists of triangulating training on solid concepts, combined with in-depth field work, learning by doing and exposure to a wide range of experts, change-makers and leaders. This “way of grooming” is one of our strongest USPs. Through a curated list of courses, that include self-paced, internally developed content as well as externally validated and instruct led modules, we hope to provide our employees a large canvas from which to devise their own training goals and structure their learning pathways. The ultimate goal is to nurture and build strong talent who will help us create impact and then go on to build exciting careers in the development sector.

# Don't just learn a language. Connect through it. Stay close to the people who matter, no matter what language they speak. Chat with friends, family, and people around the world. Understand each other with built-in translations, and learn each other's languages naturally through real conversations. **Langiddy — Connect. Chat. Learn.** ## ONE CONVERSATION. EVERYONE LEARNS. You don't need to speak the same language—or even be learning the same language—to connect. Practice Japanese while your friend practices Spanish, French, Korean, or another language. Each of you can experience the conversation in the language you're learning. No traditional language-exchange matching required. Just people connecting, chatting, and learning together. ## USE IT OR LOSE IT. You can study a language for years, but if you don't use it, you lose it. Langiddy gives you somewhere to practice what you're learning through conversations you actually want to have. Meet people around the world, make friends, reconnect with family, or practice anytime with Giddy, your AI language partner. ## YOUR CONVERSATIONS BECOME YOUR LESSONS. **Connect → Chat → Save → Review → Use → Grow** See conversations in the language you're learning.
