Xono gives every employee a voice โ and gives your organisation the tools to actually listen. Raise a concern anonymously and safely with ReportIT, without fear of retaliation. Have your say in pulse surveys and company votes. Stay in the loop with company announcements and a searchable policy library โ all in one place. KEY FEATURES ReportIT โ Report concerns or misconduct anonymously, with a safe two-way conversation to follow up, ask questions, and get updates on your case. Surveys โ Share honest feedback through pulse surveys designed to surface what's really going on, not just what leadership wants to hear. Broadcasts โ Get essential company announcements and updates the moment they're sent, in one place instead of scattered across email and chat. Votes โ Take part in team and organisation decisions through structured, transparent votes. Content Library โ Find company policies, guides and resources in one searchable place, instead of digging through shared drives. WHY IT MATTERS Gallup research found that 57% of employees who witnessed unethical behaviour at work didn't report it โ most often because they didn't believe anything would be done, or because they feared retaliation. Xono is built to remove both reasons: genuine anonymity, and a visible case process that shows action is actually taken. Xono helps organisations build a workplace where people feel safe speaking up โ and where they actually do.

LR-Corp is part of the suite of LionRidge products supporting our MSI (Maximising Strategic Investments) methodology. This app is aimed at forming a picture of overall company health by getting continuous feedback from key stakeholders throughout the organisation against a series of centrally defined KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Senior management can then view the overall picture in the dashboard and drill down to find outliers. Contact details are provided so that outliers can be contacted without disturbing other busy members of the management team. Stakeholders are only allowed to score KPIs in which they have knowledge or expertise. For example, a member of the IT team could score on the robustness of the company's IT security, whereas a member of the financial team would assess the company's financial health
