Naledi is an offline all-sky map that brings a cinematic night sky to your iPhone and iPad. With 177,444 Gaia/Hipparcos stars, a bundled Gaia DR3 deep-field companion, ten solar-system bodies, 168 formally named natural satellites, 26,419 named minor planets, all 88 IAU constellations, and original constellation artwork rendered in a single Metal view, the sky is accurate, fast, and entirely yours. A true-north 360° suburban horizon separates the atmosphere-tinted visible sky from a dim yet explorable below-horizon hemisphere. Follow the sky as you move, or explore freely with a drag; the compass, calendar, and time dial make it easy to find what rises next. • 177,444 stars sorted from Gaia and Hipparcos, plus a 1,498,121-record Gaia DR3 deep-field companion • The Sun, Moon, Mercury through Neptune, and Pluto, with rise, set, and transit times • All 88 IAU constellations with selectable artwork and bilingual names • 168 named natural satellites and 26,419 named minor planets • A photographic Milky Way band with authored cloud edge, bright spine, and dark dust lanes • True-north alignment using your device sensors, with manual calibration and a no-permission fallback • Fully offline: no account, no ads, no analytics, no tracking, no runtime backend • Red night mode, magnitude limits, label density, and a time machine for the next 24 hours Naledi respects your privacy. It does not require an account and does not include advertising, analytics, or cross-app tracking. Location is used only on-device to align the sky with true north.
