The clearest difference is update cadence: Sentinel VMS at daily against Peztio's every 6 weeks. Sentinel VMS also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8). Peztio's advantage is ratings volume (2.4K vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
