Verdict
The clearest difference is monetization model: LadyTheFUp at free against Function Studios's free with in-app purchases. LadyTheFUp also leads on ratings volume (17 vs 3) and device support (4 vs 1). Function Studios's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 weeks). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for LadyTheFUp against 5.0 for Function Studios. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: LadyTheFUp has 17 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.
