My Teeth: Dental Diary is your personal dental health journal. Keep track of each tooth's condition, save your treatment history, log dentist appointments, and record personal observations. An interactive tooth chart helps you build your dental history and quickly find the entries you need. Create diaries for yourself and your family, track dental expenses, organize oral care products, and follow your child's transition from baby teeth to permanent teeth. What you can do with the app: • Track the condition of each tooth Use an interactive tooth chart or a convenient list. Record tooth conditions, review the history of each tooth, and add entries for individual teeth. Keep records not only for teeth but also for other dental areas and appliances, including gums, braces, aligners, mouthguards, dentures, and more. • Keep important events and notes Log dentist appointments, procedures, and personal observations. Record cavity treatments, fillings, crowns, tooth extractions, pain, and other events. Add a date, event type, and description. Include expenses and reminders when needed. All entries are saved in your diary, where you can search, filter, and sort them. • Create diaries for the whole family Set up separate profiles for yourself, your children, and loved ones. Each profile has its own tooth chart, treatment history, notes, and expenses. Manage dental histories for multiple family members in one app. • Follow your child's changing teeth Use a customizable kids' tooth chart and mark the status of each tooth, such as baby tooth, lost tooth, permanent tooth, and more. Track the transition from baby teeth to permanent teeth. As permanent teeth appear, the chart switches to mixed dentition, and once the transition is complete, it changes to an adult chart. • Organize oral care products Keep a personal list of oral hygiene products, including toothbrushes, toothpaste, water flossers, dental floss, mouthwash, and more. Save notes, purchase dates, prices, and personal ratings for the products you use. • Track dental expenses Record spending on dental care and view expenses by time period, profile, and category. Export your expense history to CSV for safekeeping or to open in a spreadsheet app. • Share your dental records Generate a PDF report with your treatment history and notes. Save your dental chart or show it to your dentist during an appointment. • Set reminders Create reminders for dentist visits and other important events, so you don't forget what you have planned. • Get started without an account Start your personal dental diary right away—no account or sign-up required. Your data is stored on your device. • Back up your data Create backups in iCloud Drive so you can restore your history after reinstalling the app. Automatic backups are also available. You can also create a password-protected backup file and save it through your device's system share menu—for example, to the Files app or another available location. My Teeth: Dental Diary is designed for personal dental recordkeeping. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or replace professional dental advice.
