Your life is already an adventure. Life Quest helps you play it that way. Life Quest is a gamified self-improvement app built on classic RPG mechanics. Instead of a boring to-do list, you get a character, a class, real stats, goals, quests, and an AI guide who keeps you on track — all powered by the actual things you do every day. — CHOOSE YOUR CLASS — Pick from 12 classic RPG classes — Fighter, Barbarian, Monk, Rogue, Cleric, Druid, Paladin, Ranger, Bard, Wizard, Warlock, or Sorcerer. Each class gives your app a unique visual theme and shapes the kind of quests your AI guide sends your way. Want more? Go hybrid. Combine two classes for a blended theme and a 1.5x XP bonus. — BUILD YOUR STATS — Six core stats — STR, DEX, CON, INT, WIS, and CHA — grow as you do. Work out and earn STR + CON. Read a book and earn INT. Have a hard conversation and earn CHA. Choose up to 3 Goal Stats to focus on, and your guide tailors its suggestions to grow those first. — SET A GOAL — Name a real goal, like saving $10,000 or finishing a project, and track your progress toward it with its own progress bar. Link quests directly to the goal so the small stuff (put $200 toward savings this paycheck) stays tied to the big thing it's actually for. — YOUR AI QUEST GUIDE — Name your own AI companion, styled as a classic RPG quest-giver. Your guide is the sole authority on XP — it rewards experience points when it decides you've earned them, so progress feels meaningful rather than self-reported. Your guide assigns quests, suggests daily routines, and checks in when you've completed something big — even outside the chat, it notices and congratulates you next time you open the tab. With the natal chart feature on, it weaves your daily astrology reading into its suggestions too. — QUESTS & ROUTINES — Active Quests are one-time challenges from your guide or created by you, with XP awarded automatically on completion. Daily & Weekly Routines are repeating habits that reset on schedule and reward XP every time you check one off. Many quests feed multiple stats at once — a morning run earns STR and CON, a journaling session earns INT and WIS. — LEVEL UP FOR REAL — XP rolls up across all your stats into a total character level. The curve scales as you grow, so higher levels take more effort and the challenge stays real. A live XP bar shows your progress at a glance. — DAILY CHECK-IN — Rate your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing each day on a 1-5 scale. Earn WIS XP and build a wellbeing history you can track over time. Small reflection, big picture. — STAY FOCUSED — Distracted questers finish fewer quests. Head to the Focus section for binaural beats, rain sounds, and other ambient tones built to help you lock in and get through your quest list. Pick a track, set a timer, and get back to it. — YOUR COSMIC QUEST GIVER (OPTIONAL) — Add your birth details and unlock a daily reading from your quest giver, now speaking in the language of your natal chart. Your guide reads the day's transits against your chart and suggests quests shaped by what the stars are doing. Entirely optional, and easy to turn off if astrology isn't your thing. — BUILT FOR YOUR LIFE — Tell Life Quest about your world — home type, garden, yard, kids, pets, familiars — and your guide uses it to suggest quests that fit your life. Dog owner? Walk quests. Gardener? Seasonal challenges. Add your own regular activities so your guide knows what already fills your days. — ACCESSIBILITY & PREFERENCES — Dark mode, Light mode, or follow system — Light mode is tinted by your class colors so your personality carries through Normal, Large, or Extra Large text scaling across the entire app High Contrast mode for easier reading Optional sound effects — chimes on quest completion and level-up Your real life. Your character. Your adventure. Download Life Quest and start questing today.
