Hybrid work is here to stay — but juggling in-office days, time off, and everything in between shouldn't feel like a second job. Work Balance Assistant is your personal work schedule companion. Plan your week, protect your time off, and stay ahead of the dates that matter — all in one place. PLAN YOUR WORK WEEK See your full week at a glance and tap to assign each day — in office, remote, or PTO. The app tracks your minimum in-office requirement and lets you know when you're on track. Save your plan and share it as a card or text with your team. COUNT DOWN TO WHAT MATTERS Never lose track of how far away your next vacation, holiday, payday, or day off really is. Countdown cards show calendar days and working days side by side, so you always know exactly where you stand. FIND THE PERFECT VACATION WINDOW The Vacation Planner is unlike anything in a standard calendar. Tell it how many days you want to take, and it finds the windows in your schedule where your PTO goes furthest — automatically accounting for weekends, holidays, and scheduled days off. TRACK ALL YOUR TIME OFF See every holiday, vacation, and scheduled day off for the year in one clean list. Filter by type, jump between years, and add vacations right from the view. BUILT AROUND YOUR SCHEDULE Configure your Regular Day Off (RDO) cycle for — weekly or biweekly, Monday or Friday. Set your payday schedule. Customize the holiday calendar. The app adapts to how you actually work, not the other way around. SHARE YOUR WEEK Generate a shareable week plan card — perfect for sending to your manager or saving for your records. Share as an image or plain text. Work Balance Assistant is free to use. If you find it helpful, a tip from the Support section is always appreciated.
