Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: WatchNotes at 5.0 against Browser for Watch's 4.4. WatchNotes also leads on price ($0.99 vs $1.99) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 16.0). Browser for Watch's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 14 months) and ratings volume (23 vs 1). On ads, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.
